We prepare your Viking treasures for shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your stronghold.

Note for International Vikings: We serve warriors across the world (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
Your satisfaction is as important to us as a sharp blade to a Viking warrior. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Important Conditions
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
To protect our Viking community, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Blowing Horns & Drinking Horns: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened
- Craft Tools & Fittings: Used craft tools cannot be returned for safety reasons
- Opened Costume Items: Worn costume pieces cannot be returned
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: These are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.
