Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a sharp blade to a Viking warrior.
Important Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
The Return Process – Your Quest Guide
Step 1: Request Your Return
Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Our Response
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of return approval
Refund Timeline & Methods
Your treasure will be returned through the same payment channel you used for your purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after return processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after return processing
Note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To protect our Viking community, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Blowing Horns & Drinking Horns: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened
- Craft Tools & Fittings: Used craft tools cannot be returned for safety reasons
- Opened Costume Items: Worn costume pieces cannot be returned
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: These are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.
International Returns
As we serve Vikings across the world (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia), please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns.
